Bathroom fixtures like the shower controls are hard to operate, and many rooms are in urgent need of a fresh coat of paint or a deep clean. There's a noticeable noise level from the main road, making it less than ideal if you're sensitive to sound at night. The overall upkeep doesn't give a welcoming vibe.
